No More Excuses: Workout with Youtube and their Fitness Gurus

As the temperature slowly rises, so does my appetite for Patbingsu (팥빙수), icy cold and delicious Patbingsu. If you’re not familiar with Patbingsu, it’s basically a regular shaved ice that’s topped with sweet red beans and other various toppings, such as almonds, corn flakes, mochi, or sweet condensed milk.

Pat (팥) means red bean and Bingsu (빙수) means shaved ice, so when you go to one of the Korean cafés, be aware that there are other varieties of Bingsu. There’s Nokcha Bingsu (녹차빙수) (Nokcha 녹차= Green Tea), Coffee Bingsu (커피빙수), Milk Tea Bingsu (밀크티빙수), etc. They’re so bad for my diet, but I have such a weak spot for Bingsu. They are oh so good.

Anyway, I’ve decided to swear off Bingsu for a while because this year, I’ve decided that I’m done waiting around for next summer. I’m done waiting to reveal abs that has been hiding all these years. For once, I want to go to Caribbean Bay and wear my bikini without cover-ups and without insecurities.
