Get ready to catch them all! A Pikachu invasion will take place to celebrate the first Korean to win a world Pokemon championship. Professional gamer Park Se-Joon won the 2014 Pokemon Game World Championship in Washington DC.

On November 15 and 16, Seoul will hold a 2 day Pokemon Champions Day event. The Seoul Pikachu Parade will be held four times a day, from 2pm to 6pm in Seoul at the Dongdaemun Design Plaza, other activities featured will be card game competitions, pop quizzes, and more. There will also be an interview with the developers of Pokemon games Alpha Sapphire and Omega Ruby, Junichi Masuda and Shigeru Ohmori. Don’t miss the chance to see Korea’s cutest neighbor to the east as Pokemon invades Seoul. 



This Pokemon day event is similar to the one that was held in Yokohama Japan in August. Check below to see the Pikachu flash mob at Yokohama.
